Amazon FBA Reimbursement Claims

For partners who sell on Amazon FBA, we offer a specialized service to recover funds that Amazon owes you for inventory issues. Our service is evidence-based — we operate from a physical receiving facility, which allows us to file claims substantiated with photographic and documentary evidence.

How our process differs

Standard reimbursement services operate purely from your Amazon reports. Because we physically receive your customer returns and damaged inventory at our facility, we can:

• Submit claims with photographic backing

Reporting & Settlement

Every partner has 24/7 access to our vendor portal, which shows in real time:

• Active inventory and crate assignments
• Each individual sale with marketplace fees, ad fees, and shipping
• Returns and refunds with full transaction history
• Amazon reimbursement claims status and approved amounts
• Monthly fees, storage charges, and intake fees
• Outstanding balance and projected payout
• Downloadable monthly statements (PDF)

Monthly payouts are processed via Wise or Stripe in the partner's preferred currency. If a partner's account is in negative balance (refunds exceeding earnings), the balance is automatically settled in the following period.

Partnership Model

ConsignPro operates a transparent 50/50 commission structure on net sales and approved reimbursements. Operational charges (transaction fees, monthly account fee, storage, and intake handling) are itemized on every statement.

Standard operational charges

• Transaction fee: $1 per transaction (covers payment processing)
• Monthly account fee: $10 per active month
• Storage fee: $5 per crate per month
• Intake fee: $1 per shipment received
• Return processing: $5 per customer return

Onboarding

New partner onboarding involves an initial consultation to review your inventory and business situation, followed by a written consignment agreement. Once executed, we provide receiving instructions and your vendor portal credentials. Most partners can begin shipping inventory within 5-7 business days.
